consultation and order placement
Once you’ve decided on the design and customization options, send us an e-mail and tell us about it. We’ll review your order and help you with any questions you might have.Β If you still couldn’t decide, just reach out to us, we might me able to help with some ideas to figure everything out.Β When everything is clear we will send a contract for the services and anΒ invoice for the advance payment.Β
personalization and proofing
After you secure your order with us we can start working on your suite. This is the moment when you have to gather all the information and finalize the wording for your pieces. Within 5 business days from the moment we receive your final wording and information you will receive a digital proof of your stationery. Please review it carefully and tell us if you want anything to be changed.Β
production and assembling
Once the digital proofs have been approved, we will start the production process. By this point we need to have all the embellishment options chosen (ex. wax seal color, envelope color etc.). This is the moment when we place the orders for all the items needed to finalize your suite. When all the pieces are in our studio we start the assembling process and we get your order ready to be delivered.

From, menus, sitting charts, place cards, table numbers, everything you need in terms of stationery on the day of your event will match with your wedding invitations design and aesthetics whether you choose one of the collection’s designs or a custom one.
